Digitaal in Londen

Bob Doherty (York) in the DEFRA-#AES conference: Rethink Resilience: it is about Robustness, Recovery, Reorientation and Reorganisation.

In the DEFRA-#AES conference @PeterFeindt presents @surefarmproject results. Policies are more oriented to robustness or at best adaptibility and seldom towards transformation. En:Transformation in policy measures seems to have mainly a symbolic function, but at leest communicates to actors where society wants to go.

Panic buying and absence of labour due to Covid-19 (and its outbreaks) were the issues that most of all threathened resilience of the food system in the last year, David Kennedy (Defra) explained in the Defra-#AES conference. And with Brexit the N.Ireland border gains attention.
